Animerated forum and collaborators

9 October 2009 by Andrei 5 Comments

I was talking with a friend today about the lack of visits on my Animerated and we decided to make a forum for this site. I don’t know at this point if its a good idea, but it is something that I have to try. I have yet to build a solid base of visitors and an anime community around this site (and maybe attract some much-needed collaborators) so maybe this will be a starting point. With this occasion I make again a call for collaborators, as this site is stagnating a lot. I have many ideas about how to develop and grow this site in multiple directions, but ideas don’t help when you are alone and outgunned. So, if you are interested in writing anything related on anime, manga, comics, merchandise etc (well, u get it, just take a look on this site and see what it contains) you are welcomed to send me an email. I am very friendly and opened to suggestions.

It’ll be hard to find collaborators when you mention lack of visits and stagnation.

Forums can give you returning visits, yes, but you’ll have to heavily promote it to get it active with the countless other communities one can contribute to.

Well, as I wanted to do it for a while now, how about a link exchange with Anime Gerad?

    Done.

    Thank you. Here as well.

Yes, I do agree about a forum being needed. I’m about to install one on my site as well. Maybe we could help each other out in the collaborators part.
