Shiki anime trailer
Shiki is a horror anime adapted from the manga with the same name by Ono Fuyumi and Fujisaki Ryuu. I took the description of the anime from Youtube, hah!
The anime adapts Fuyumi Ono and Ryu Fujisaki’s Shiki horror mystery manga about an isolated mountain village, steeped in ancient traditions, whose population of 1,300 starts dying in droves due to mysterious causes. Eventually, it becomes clear that vampires are attacking the town.
Ono Fuyumi is the writer of Ghost Hunt and The Twelve Kingdoms novels and Fujisaki Ryuu is known for drawing the Soul Hunter manga. It looks like a winning team, doesn’t it? Look at the strange morbid girl from the pic. Brrrr! Is she a vampire? We may have a great anime to watch. See the trailer bellow, which is chilling and morbid. Right the thing I love! Horror, vampires, remote village… weird music. Yeah! It will be a 22 episode anime TV series produced by Aniplex, which will premiere in July 2010. Shiki! Brrrrr!
