Conan the Cimmerian #1

Welcome to the first ‘’normal’’ issue of Conan the Cimmerian, the ongoing Conan series from Dark Horse comics. If the special number zero was just an introduction, things start to get on their way in this first issue. We get the first glimpses of the story and we can see both the art of Tomas Giorello and Richard Corben.

Before I proceed to the actual comic-book, lets dig a little into comics history. In 2003, when Dark Horse took over the Conan franchise from Marvel, they inaugurated a new line of comics named simply… Conan. █ Yasuhiro Nightow, Stan Sakai and Yoshinori Natsume will make appearances at this year Comic-Con from San Diego. Yasuhiro Nightow, creator of the Trigun and Gungrave anime, has been invited by Dark Horse Comics and he will sign autographs in an events that will be ticketed, on July 24.
