█ A short anniversary Gundam film called Ring of Gundam is to be released at Gundam Big Expo which opens on August 21st and ends on August 23rd. The movie will be directed by Tomino Yoshiyuki and its made specifically for the Gundam Expo. The expo, like the name suggests, its all dedicated to Gundam, and its celebrating 30 years of Gundam.
Also, Gundam related, lets not forget that the Gundam Unicorn film is coming this winter (director: Kazuhiro Furuhashi, writer: Yasuyuki Muto) and the Gundam 00 film in 2010.

There are many rumors about a new Gundam anime, and it appears it will be called Unicorn. The anime its going to be based on the novels of Harutoshi Fukui, and those are Mobile Suit Gundam Unicorn of course. The director will be Kazuhiro Furuhashi (Kenshin) and the story will be written by Yasuyuki Muto (Afro Samurai: Resurrection).
The anime will appear sometimes in the second part of 2009, in the winter. It is not yet clear if it will be a TV series, OVA or a movie.  We will have …
